Returns

All of our products are made to order, meaning that each item is specifically printed or crafted just for you. As we do not hold stock of pre-made products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a fault with the product or an error on our part during the fulfilment or delivery process. This includes situations where the product is damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect item.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Please provide a photo of the issue, if possible, to help us assess the situation. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we will promptly offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the problem. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues swiftly.

eCards (Digital items return) – Temporarily Not Offered

eCard is a digital product. eCards can be only sent to you/your recipient via e-mail. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for such items. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. You can, however, order the item again and return the one you don’t want, in appliance with Return policy.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect caused by our print provider, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for reasons unrelated to print or fulfillment errors, such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or providing an incorrect address.
