Shipping Times and Costs
We do try our best to make your shopping with us more comfy. Thereby JoyGreets offers FREE worldwide standard shipping on all orders.
All printed cards are sent with regular post the next bussines day after ordering. All cards are made to order.
As you probably familiar, post tracking option increases shipping costs up to 3-4 times. By posting greeting cards to selected destinations we are sure that the letter reaches it’s recipient at 99.9% occurrence. We aim to keep the prices fair and not to increase it with unnecessary options. Thats why we do not use tracking codes.
Estimated Shipping Times*
- UK, Europe: 2–5 Business Days;
- USA, Canada: 5–10 Business Days;
- Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 Business Days;
- Japan: 7–14 Business Days;
- Other: 7–14 Business Days.
* Delivery times are approximate, especially during coronavirus disease (COVID-19). It might also be useful to note that cards can be held at customs when entering certain countries, which can sometimes cause a delay.
We cannot ship*
At this time we do not ship to the following countries: Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, India, Nepal and some other countries.

* Shipping to these countries is temporarily unavailable due to logistical challenges.
- For military addresses: Delivery time estimates are delivery times to the military mail system. At that point, the order is out of our hands, and delivery time to the final recipient can be influenced by many factors. We are therefore unable to provide tracking or a further time estimate.
- Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
- If your order is lost of stolen, contact us and we try to settle this as soon as possible.
- Customs fees, duties and import taxes: Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional costs to meet your country’s import regulations. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

eCards Sending Time (*Temporarily not offered)
E-cards are sent according to the following schedule:
- If the order is made before 20:00 GMT we will send your eCard to the recipient on the same day;
- If the order is made after 20:00 GMT we will send your eCard to the recipient the next day untill 13:00 GMT.
For your convenience, we indicate the time in the format. What is my timezone in GMT?
