We do try our best to make your shopping with us more comfy. Thereby JoyGreets offers FREE worldwide standard shipping on all orders.
All printed cards are sent with regular post the next bussines day after ordering. All cards are made to order.
Note: Order processing time is subject to change prior to major holidays or due to inclement weather. If you want your cards being delivered for a particular holiday or occasion please place an order in advance.
Tracked letter – € 4.99
On the checkout you can select the tracked letter option. All letters are tracked on Bulgarian Posts’ website https://www.bgpost.bg/en until they are dispatched from Bulgaria. After that, they are tracked on the official website of the destination postal operator.

- Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 Business Days;
- Japan: 7–14 Business Days;
- Other: 7–14 Business Days.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the Bulgarian Post. It might also be useful to note that cards can be held at customs when entering certain countries, which can sometimes cause a delay.
We cannot ship
At this time due to logistical challenges we do not ship to the following countries: Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, India, Nepal and some other countries.

- For military addresses: Delivery time estimates are delivery times to the military mail system. At that point, the order is out of our hands, and delivery time to the final recipient can be influenced by many factors. We are therefore unable to provide tracking or a further time estimate.
- Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
- If your order is lost of stolen, contact us and we try to settle this as soon as possible.
- Customs fees, duties and import taxes: Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional costs to meet your country’s import regulations. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
