Greeting Cards (Printed items return)
We work according to the EU Directive on Consumer Rights. You can return the printed item purchased on JoyGreets.com within 14 days of the delivery date, except customized products.
- Make sure the merchandise you wish to return is in its original package and condition, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
- Please email us, quoting your order number and attach return form.
- Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 3-7 business days for it to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, refund is issued to the same payment details that you entered during checkout process.
eCards (Digital items return) – Temporarily not offered
eCard is a digital product. eCards can be only sent to you/your recipient via e-mail. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for such items. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We don’t offer exchanges. You can, however, order the item again and return the one you don’t want, in appliance with Return policy.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
- Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.
- PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the confirmation email.
