All printed cards are shipped via Royal Mail the next business day after ordering. Please note, all cards are made to order.
Shipping Options
At checkout, you can choose one of two delivery options – both come with free shipping:
- Ship to Me – We’ll ship the card to your address in a biodegradable sleeve with a spare envelope — perfect for sending it yourself.
- Send to Them – We’ll send the card straight to the recipient in a Kraft envelope — with your message or left blank, it’s up to you.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors such as postal strikes or customs clearance may occasionally cause delays.
Tracked Shipping
In most cases, we do not provide tracking for orders, as offering tracking would significantly increase the cost of delivery. We aim to keep our shipping costs as affordable as possible for our customers, so we opt for standard shipping methods that don’t include tracking. However, if tracking is available for your order, we will provide you with the details.

- UK, Europe: 2–5 Business Days;
- USA, Canada: 5–10 Business Days;
- Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 Business Days;
- Japan: 7–14 Business Days;
- Other: 7–14 Business Days.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. Additionally, cards may be held at customs when entering certain countries, which can occasionally cause delays.
We cannot ship
At this time due to logistical challenges we do not ship to the following countries: Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, India, Nepal and some other countries.

- For military addresses: Delivery time estimates are delivery times to the military mail system. At that point, the order is out of our hands, and delivery time to the final recipient can be influenced by many factors. We are therefore unable to provide tracking or a further time estimate.
- Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
- If your order is lost of stolen, contact us and we try to settle this as soon as possible.
- Customs fees, duties and import taxes: Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional costs to meet your country’s import regulations. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
